Pride is the feeling that you owe no one and you need no help. But when life begins to go downhill, there is hope. God has a way to keep you from falling.

Fear can keep you trapped, and can prevent you from living your best life. But there is hope; God can bring you freedom from those fears.

03 - Adversaries of the Heart – Guilt

A heart burdened with guilt is saying I owe you. But there is hope. God can relieve you of your guilt.

04 - Adversaries of the Heart – Jealousy

Jealousy can leave you feeling vulnerable and unsatisfied. But God can break you free from jealousy and envy, today.

05 - Adversaries of the Heart – Anger

There are many reasons why we can feel angry. But there is hope. In any situation, God can help us stay cool under the heat of anger.

06 - Adversaries of the Heart – Shame

Shame keeps you in bondage to your past mistakes and foolish behavior, but there is hope. God can provide freedom from that shame.

07 - Adversaries of the Heart – Greed

When acquiring more and more still leaves you feeling empty, there is hope. God has a remedy for greed and emptiness.

08 - Adversaries of the Heart – Calvary

When emotional issues are controlling you, there is hope. God's unfailing love will give you and others freedom from the enemies of your heart.

Season 4

01 - By Design – Creator God

God is the all-powerful Creator who gave up His powerful position to save us. There seems to be a contrast there, but what does true power look like?

02 - By Design – Marvelously Complex

God invites us to see ourselves through His eyes, that we are fully loved and marvelously complex. Not to compare ourselves with everyone else, but to see that we are truly one of a kind.

03 - By Design – True Love

Our interpretation and picture of love can be very distorted. But when we focus on God, who is love, we soon realize what true love is and that we were all designed to experience it.

04 - By Design – Be Made Whole

We are designed to be both holy and whole. Sometimes, to gain a balance of both, we have to experience painful difficulty. But God promises to bring good from it, to make us whole.

05 - By Design – Come to the Table

God invites us to His table to experience true acceptance and unconditional love, so that we will find peace and belonging. There is a place designed specifically for us. Will you come?

People who encourage and feed our souls bring more substance to our lives. What impact would it have to those around you if you were fulfilling your purpose by being one of these people?

Rest renews and transforms, and is a gift we were designed to receive. Now more than ever before, in our busy lives, we need to actually slow down and simply breathe.

Season 5

01 - Christmas – Planning a Party

God has given us much more than just a story. Its an incredible experience that took a lot of planning so that when we get to experience Christmas, we get to share this celebration with others and remember the reason why Christ came to this earth.

02 - Christmas – The Best Gift

One of the best parts about Christmas is "Gifts". In a similar way God has given each of us a gift and, Christmas is about unwrapping this incredible gift and learning how its something that can make a huge difference in our lives today.

03 - Christmas – Christmas Again

There is something special about Christmas. Its an amazing story of how Christ came to this earth but, also a reminder of a grand celebration that will will happen again and, we all will be part of it.
